Cortamos los dos dientes de ajo en l\u00e1minas. Ponemos aceite de oliva virgen extra en una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a y a\u00f1adimos los ajos, que confitaremos muy lentamente durante unos 4 minutos. Retiramos los ajos de la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>En este mismo aceite estofamos ligeramente el bacalao, removiendo constantemente. Cuando se haya soltado apagamos el fuego. Tiene que quedar poco cocido. Reservamos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Hacemos una bechamel de forma tradicional y reservamos. Cuando esta bechamel haya espesado un poco, a\u00f1adimos el bacalao y removemos para que se integre el bacalao. Dejamos cocer todo junto hasta que la masa se suelte del fondo de la sart\u00e9n, removiendo para que no se pegue. Tiene que quedar bastante espeso para poder rellenar los pimientos. Reservamos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Ponemos aceite de oliva virgen extra en la cazuela y sofre\u00edmos con el puerro y el ajo, hasta que empiecen a dorarse. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adimos los pimientos y removemos todo junto. Seguidamente ponemos el tomate frito, junto con una cucharadita de az\u00facar, para quitar acidez a la salsa. A\u00f1adimos el vino blanco y, cuando se haya evaporado el alcohol, incorporamos la nata y mezclamos bien. Dejamos cocer unos diez minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Trituramos la salsa hasta que la textura sea fina. No tiene que quedar muy espesa. Por otra parte rellenamos los pimientos con la<br \/>\nfarsa de bacalao, procurando rellenarlo completamente. A\u00f1adimos los pimientos rellenos a la salsa y dejamos cocer unos 5 minutos.
