Hacemos un alm\u00edbar con el az\u00facar y el agua templada. Batimos las yemas con el alm\u00edbar, el aceite de oliva virgen extra y la manteca derretida hasta que est\u00e9n todos bien integrados.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Incorporamos la harina, poco a poco, y amasamos hasta formar una bola firme y consistente. Envolvemos la masa en papel film y refrigeramos durante 2 horas. Posteriormente estiramos la masa con el rodillo sobre una superficie espolvoreada de harina.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-check-double fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Con un vaso o un molde circular cortamos la masa en porciones redondas. Disponemos una cucharada del relleno elegido, cabello de \u00e1ngel, mermelada, etc&#8230; y plegamos d\u00e1ndole forma de empanadilla. Las cerramos con un tenedor cuidando de no dejar orificios por el que pueda salir el relleno.
